Our Process Blueprint
At Raptech, we don’t just manufacture—we engineer solutions. Every product we deliver is the result of a methodical and time-tested process that ensures precision, performance, and durability.
Our Process Blueprint outlines the step-by-step methodology followed across each vertical, combining on-ground insight, robust design thinking, and expert manufacturing practices. This structured approach allows us to deliver the Right First Time, every time.
Material Handling
At Raptech, our material handling solutions—whether pallets, trolleys, or racking systems—are engineered for durability, space efficiency, and safety. Our structured workflow ensures each product moves seamlessly from concept to dispatch with zero compromise on quality.

Design
We begin by studying the part layout, application area, and operational environment. A concept is developed, reviewed with the customer, and approved before passing it on to production teams.

Construction
Laser-cutting programs are generated based on the design, and raw materials like tubes and sheets are precisely cut before moving to bending, machining, or assembly as needed.

Fabrication
Welding fixtures are developed to ensure precision and minimal distortion. Parts are then welded using robotic systems for consistency and structural strength.

Surface Treatment
Welded units undergo shot-blasting for surface preparation, followed by powder coating or painting
in-house. We accommodate parts up to 4 metres in length.

Assembly
Final components like wheels and hardware are installed post-coating, completing the pallet or trolley structure.

Inspection
A rigorous Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) is carried out as per Quality Assurance Plan to ensure compliance with critical specifications.

Packaging & Dispatch
Products are wrapped with protective film and stacked using foam separators to avoid damage during transit. Loading is carefully planned to prevent metal-to-metal contact.

Post-Production Support
We ensure customer satisfaction through dedicated post-sale service, addressing any issues swiftly and professionally.
Paint Shop Solutions
Raptech specializes in designing and manufacturing high-precision jigs and fixtures tailored for automotive paint shop applications. These solutions are engineered to offer stable fitment, support seamless coating, and adapt to diverse body types and surface requirements.
Requirement Analysis
Customer requirements and concept inputs are studied in-depth through on-site visits, evaluating process constraints and equipment compatibility.

Design Collaboration
Our engineering and design teams align practical feedback with customer expectations to translate concepts into workable designs.

Prototype Development
Once approved, detailed drawings are released for internal processing child parts are produced and prototypes assembled.

Design Optimization
Post-trials, final refinements are made to optimize for production, with updates reflected in the master files.

Fixture Fabrication
Dedicated welding and inspection fixtures are fabricated to ensure consistent dimensional accuracy.

Final Inspection
Pre-dispatch inspection ensures the unit meets critical tolerances and operational parameters.

Packaging & Dispatch
Products are securely packaged with all relevant handling documentation for final delivery.

Fixture & Allied Solutions
Our fixtures are built to support complex manufacturing and inspection processes, offering high strength, repeatability, and precision.

Design Assessment
Our team evaluates part geometry, constraints, and performance parameters to initiate design.

Process Evaluation
Site visits help us assess real-world conditions and process flow constraints to guide our solutions.

Concept Development
Cross-functional teams brainstorm ideas to develop accurate and user-friendly fixture concepts.

Machining Execution
Approved designs are machined using high-precision CNC systems for consistent build quality.

Fitment Check
Machined fixtures undergo part fitment trials to ensure secure hold and ease of use.

Quality Validation
Each unit is inspected for accuracy, holding strength, and dimensional integrity.

Packaging & Delivery
Fixtures are packed with care and delivered with detailed documentation for installation support.
Vehicle Tooling Assembly
We deliver complete tooling assemblies tailored for modern automotive production lines—efficient, ergonomic, and robust.
Requirement Mapping
Initial customer discussions help map key tooling functions, load conditions, and ergonomic needs.

Concept Engineering
Design and development teams
co-create a tooling concept that ensures assembly efficiency and structural stability.

Customer Trials
Trials are conducted at the client site under real working conditions to validate usability and performance.

Tool Production
On successful validation, full-scale production is executed with detailed documentation and quality tracking.

Inspection & QA
Each tool undergoes dimensional verification and functionality checks prior to approval.
