EPP Tray, Plastic Pallets & Plastic Moulded Parts
Non-metallic packaging solutions are an important requirement for Automotive OEM. We understand the packaging needs as per the product class and design prototypes according to size, shape of the product, evaluate manufacturing feasibility and develop mould for the forming.
Raptech also supplies Plastic Plugs to its automotive clients. We have the capabilities to design and developed the moulds in-house for mass production of these plastic plugs.
Protect, Stack and Transport with Confidence
Every world-class product is only as strong as the parts that make it. With components arriving from multiple local and international destinations, the product quality of the finished goods depends on the quality, safety and condition of each assembled component. With EPP trays, plastic pallets and plastic moulded parts, transport these components with optimum care and confidence.
From assembly line to last-mile dispatch, our engineered returnable packaging keeps your parts safe, traceable, and production-ready. We design and manufacture Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) trays, plastic pallets and plastic moulded parts, that combine durability with lightweight handling to reduce total cost of ownership.
Applications
Our EPP trays, plastic pallets and plastic moulded parts are perfect for handling fragile components that are highly susceptible to breakage, or scratching. Trusted across different domains, our packaging products are in high demand in industries like

FAQs
Q1. Can you customise the EPP trays for our exact headlamp/mirror geometry?
A1. Yes. We design nests around your designed parts, protecting critical surfaces and mounting points.

Q2. Can we retrofit existing pallets with new dunnage?
A2. Mostly yes. We assess frame integrity and engineer compatible inserts/sleeves to extend life.

Q3. How much weight can a plastic pallet tray hold?
A3. This can vary according to the product functionality and designing, however most of our reusable pallets can, on an average hold 10 kg weight load, when stored in standard racking.

Q4. What is the typical lead time after one has ordered these plastic storage solutions?
A4. As most of these solutions are customised, once the prototype has been approved, production can be completed within 3-4 weeks.

Q5. What materials are best for plastic moulded parts?
A5. Plastic moulded parts can be made of different materials like PU, PP, UHMW, etc. Materials react differently in different conditions hence depending on the application the design team will identify and suggest the perfect material for your product.
