Min. experience requirement - 6 years.
Required skill set - Detail orientation, Result orientation, Communication, Problem solving, Analytical, Decision making.
Required knowledge - Fabrication & welding knowledge, shot blasting & powder coating knowledge, ISO documentation, CAPA Report, NC Handling, customer complaint handling, Drawing Reading, Material Grade Knowledge & its equivalent grades.
Date of Joining - Immediate joiners would be preferred. Max notice period of 1 month can be accepted.
Job description - first piece inspection, Inward, In-process & final inspection as per drawing, Troubleshooting of technical quality issues, Fixture Validation, First piece Validation, Responsible for enhancing quality culture in the organization, Educate & train the employees, Resolve the quality issues at customer end, prepare the CAPA report, Rework/Rejection Handling. Responsible for preparing QAP for each project, Responsible for preparing Inspection Fixtures with the help of Design, Able to face the customer audit.

Job description -
1. Collect and analyse data and information in order to estimate costs associated with manufacturing a product. Our products include Material handling trolleys & Pallets, Paint shop jigs, Fixtures, etc.
2. Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions.
3. Establish cost estimates of production processes and tooling costs and review alternatives or put forward recommendations for improvement.
4. Assess cost effectiveness of products and track actual costs relative to budget and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with forecasts.
5. Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders and support top management decisions by providing appropriate cost information and data.
7. Coordinate with purchasing department to provide continued feedback to ensure competitive pricing.
